Key Responsibilities

Contract Management: Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Oversee changes and additions to contractual agreements
Quality and Safety Compliance: Implement quality control programs and enforce compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues or delays as they arise

Site Supervisor - Construction
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders
Inspect the construction site regularly to identify and address safety hazards, ensuring a safe and organized work environment
Manage and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines and budget constraints
Instruct, train, and mentor construction workers and junior staff on safety protocols, construction techniques, and company policies
Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction, escalating to project managers when necessary
Maintain and manage site documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, attendance records, and progress reports
Liaise with project managers, architects, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved and any changes are communicated effectively
Ensure all materials delivered to the site meet contractual and quality requirements
Enforce site safety rules and accident protocols, and handle site accidents according to established procedures
Participate in site management meetings and contribute to project planning and review processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience working as a site supervisor or in a similar construction leadership role
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction safety regulations, and construction methods
Ability to interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and using IT tools for documentation and communication
